Karen K., Chicago Homeowner

Thanks for doing such a wonderful job. I have to say, of all of the contractors we had to deal with, your company was the most professional! If I use Wood-Mode on my Florida home, I'll have to have you fly down and measure the cabinets!

Bob F., Chicago Homeowner

The missing shelf & brackets arrived separately and are installed. Thanks so much for following through for us. The Wood-Mode cookbook is full of wonderful new ideas to keep my kitchen humming and my husband happy! so glad you both were able to see our wonderful new kitchen!

In the Heart of the Niles Design District

“The goal of the Niles Design District is to capitalize on the existing businesses in a close proximity and create a marketing opportunity for home designers, builders and contractors to work collectively to drive customers, build brand awareness and expand market share. This district creates and fosters an environment where all participating businesses benefit as well as the community at large,” Niles Economic Development Coordinator Ross Klicker said in a statement shared with chamber of commerce members.

The district is part of a broader plan to revitalize the village by encouraging empty nesters to renovate their homes before leaving them, making those homes more attractive to young families. The plan includes showcasing quality public schools serving the village, rolling out and marketing the village’s planned Home Design District, and marketing public transit oriented development when Pace’s new Pulse express service rolls out on Milwaukee Avenue later this year.
